Hello! I'm Sabrina.
Biography
I am passionate about helping women become the best version of themselves, mastering their mindset and building consistent, long-lasting results.
Like many women, I have struggled with my weight, swinging between being underweight and overweight, going from one restrictive diet to another, only to gain the weight back (or more). I've struggled with everything from not eating at all to binge-eating, and believing that high intensity cardio would "burn it all off".
I lived in an all-or-nothing mentality for years. I was the queen of late night and weekend partying.
But I have also loved movement since I was little: ballet, swimming, taekwondo, tennis and, of course, the gym. I have been training constantly for more than two decades. When I was little, we ate healthy at home and from a very young age I loved to cook.
But it wasn't until four years ago that everything clicked for me. After becoming a mother, I didn't just want to look good in jeans: I wanted to age well, stay strong, fit and independent. I wanted to be present and healthy for my son for as long as possible.
Today, my workouts are shorter but smarter. I focus on weight training and walking. I eat more than ever, fuelling my body to perform rather than starving it.
I don't count calories, I make calories count.
I follow a balanced lifestyle, rich in protein and nutrients. I no longer crave processed and sugary foods. I love to cook and often make my own treats. And yes, if I fancy a glass of wine now and then, I enjoy it without guilt.
At 43, I am stronger, slimmer and fitter than I was at 25.
I created Shaped by Sabrina to help women like you build a lifestyle you love: balanced, sustainable and full of energy, confidence and freedom.
My personal journey and transformation has shaped who I am as a woman, mother and coach. I now use that experience to accompany my clients, helping them to define their goals and supporting them every step of the way to create real and lasting change.
I speak English, German, French and Spanish, and bring a truly international perspective to my coaching. I was educated in international schools in Basel and Paris, where I took the International Baccalaureate (IB) and later graduated in Business Administration (BBA) in Paris. I hold a Level 1 Coaching Certification and have completed Harvard Medical School's Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness course, focusing on lifestyle medicine and behavioural change. I have an ongoing passion for personal development and am currently working towards my Life Purpose Coaching Certification. I also plan to become certified as a Personal Trainer in the future.
